Catê-g̈îro Fêqê (/ˈcatɘ/ /ˈg̃ɪro/ [past] [lump]) is a subtropical Small Town located in the Z̄upaguv Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Catê-g̈îro Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Catê-g̈îro Fêqê was founded by Rot Grubs Trêg̈ga, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 28°C (82°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Catê-g̈îro Fêqê receives an average of 69 cm/y (27 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Catê-g̈îro Fêqê covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 8162 m (-16171 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê was founded durring the early 17th century in early summer of the year 1632, by Rot Grubs Trêg̈ga. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Rot Grubs Trêg̈ga.
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Catê-g̈îro Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê is is constructed arround a series of premissive packed earth mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Catê-g̈îro Fêqê's exceptionaly well made fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Right off the bat Catê-g̈îro Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Many of those buildings are schools, scriptoriums, and even one college. One can only wonder what knowledge the town has come into.
Civic Infrastructure
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Catê-g̈îro Fêqê.

Catê-g̈îro Fêqê has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Catê-g̈îro Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Catê-g̈îro Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
